MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Your BlueInGreen membership agreement begins the day you sign up, your monthly membership payment will be automatically deducted on the 1st day of each month thereafter using your credit or debit card provided upon sign up. Treatments are not transferable and can be used by the stated member.
2. A 60-day cancellation note is required to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Cancellations are to be made via email and sent to info@blueingreencenter.com. We will contact you to confirm your account cancellation within 48 hours.
3. No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time result in a $100 cancellation fee.
The membership joining fee is $129 plus the first month's fee.
