Front Desk & Medical Assistant
This is a client-facing role that combines front-desk support, treatment-room assistance, and light social media and marketing responsibilities.
Responsibilities

Welcome clients and create a warm, luxury experience

Answer calls, messages, and appointment inquiries

Schedule appointments and assist with client follow-ups

Support providers before and after treatments
-
Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment spaces
-
Take before-and-after photos with client consent
-
Assist with Instagram content, promotions, and daily marketing tasks

Help maintain smooth day-to-day office operations
The Ideal Candidate

Friendly, professional, confident, and reliable

Organized and comfortable multitasking

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Interested in skincare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness

Comfortable appearing in or helping create social media content

Able to protect client privacy and handle sensitive information professionally

Previous medical office, med spa, reception, sales, or social media experience is preferred
